Abstract

The subband coding system is a striking discovery in the era of signal processing. This paper explores the implementation of the system by utilizing filter bands separation at the transmitting end and reconstructing data through the interpolation of filter bands at the receiving end. A formulated approach is employed to examine the concept of speech coding in an analytical manner. The realization of the system has been achieved through TMS320C26 signal processing microprocessor.
