Abstract

Terrorism is the greatest enemy afflicting the entire world and to counter this menace most of the States have their domestic and foreign policies with regulations and enforcement mechanism. Apart from the counter-terrorism legal framework, another critical step needs to take in conjunction is the framework for the assistance and support to the victims of terrorism. The victims of terrorism are the spices of victims who have experienced the macabre of slaughter and death. In support of victims of terrorism, the United Nations has adopted several Resolutions and urged the Member States to show solidary towards the victims of terrorism. However, the mere expression of solidarity for the victims of terrorism will not be fruitful unless their lives have been restored.
