Abstract

This document is a technical legal analysis of the cabotage rules applicable in and in between 4 Pacific Small Islands States. This research and analysis has been developed to provide a legal analysis and a legal basis to the project of having a Fiji registered Vessel doing domestic transport in countries where it is not registered.
