Abstract
This article aims to summarize some findings and open questions in a subfield of BF, namely Behavioral Corporate Finance (BCF). As we will see, on the one hand, research in corporate finance is affected and oriented by the everyday practice of CFOs; on the other hand, practitioners can also learn much from studies focusing on behavioral aspects of corporate finance decisions.
