Abstract
Online delivery of teaching is rapidly becoming important for tertiary institutions as they endeavour to broaden their catchment areas for international students in an increasingly competitive environment. Whilst the urge to implement cutting edge technology is often enticing, the questions remains as to how best to go about online delivery of courses and how well institutions are able to meet the needs of both teachers and students utilising various online learning systems.
