Abstract
Reforms have now become more than just buzz words in Fiji’s economy. Based on in-depth interviews and related relevant documentary evidence, this paper investigates into the ways in which the reform exercises eventuated in a Government Commercial Company in Fiji. In the main, the interest on the paper lies in the examination of pace, speed and magnitude at which reforms were introduced and proceeded with, an area which has not been specifically researched into so far in the local arena. The entity in focus is Ports Authority of Fiji (PAF).
