Abstract
This project involves the repairing and maintenance of the ASEA MHU JUNIOR robotic unit, which was donated by the University of Auckland, and assigning a task to this robotic unit so that it can be used as a teaching and demonstration unit.
This project was done as a group work with my project partner Kamal Chand (S98006671). Most of contents of the project are similar to that of my project partner since we had submitted one preliminary and progress report to our supervisor.
This report is to present readers with a sound understanding of the ASEA MHU JUNIOR robotic system. It includes written program codes in Dynamic C language
for the automatic operation and the task that the robot has been programmed for. The program codes can be easily altered to suit the users applications.
This report may not provide all the details about the hardware and software and readers are advised to refer to the users manual, which is available with the project,
for maintenance and troubleshooting.
