Abstract

This paper investigates foreign aid's impact on the Fijian economy using time series data for the period 1980-2011. The empirical model is estimated using two-stage least squares and three-stage least squares to consistently assess foreign aid‟s impact. Results provide conclusive evidence that foreign aid and domestic factors are important in explaining output in Fiji.
