Abstract
The healthy citizenship in any country calls for a calm, stable and peaceful social environment. This study conceptualize citizens on their identity and cultural and ethnic affiliation in the Solomon islands and how identity affects the rule of law and the social environment is also threaten. The study is interpretative and is appropriate to investigate perceptions of people concerning what is mean by a citizen to them.
