Education means the empowerment of individuals
through the provision of learning and lifetime
learning experience. It is the process of facilitating
learning or the acquisition of knowledge, skills,
and values gained from anywhere and anytime.
Formal education refers to education provided
through the schools and similar established institutions
for education and training; it generally
conforms to a prescribed curriculum leading to
some form of certification (Inter-Agency Commission
1990). There have been massive transformations
in contemporary education due to
rapid technological changes, showing distinct
contemporary trends in education including
teaching and learning methods, modes,
approaches, and content
