A recent article argued that if many meteorological terms were reconstructed Proto-Oceanic, this was not the case for the terms corresponding to cyclone or hurricane. The A. wants to show that the term neheyo (cyclones, hurricanes) presents anejom (language of southern Vanuatu) calls the reconstruction of the form * paRiu Proto-Oceanic, having the same meaning.
