Here, the author highlighted some of the ways in which he struggle to reach the top of his career bearing in mind the high expectations from his parents particularly as being the eldest in his family to show examples to the rest of his siblings. He mentioned some of the rocky paths he followed but at the end, he was successful in achieving his target and career and in setting examples to the rest of his family in education. He thinks that Ethnic Fijians should try to learn from their Indo-Fijian friends to invest in education for their future.
