Abstract

Throughout 2012 - 2015 Vanuatu underwent a process of considering introducing an Employment Relations Bill. In September 2015 the Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) was invited to the Australian High Commission in Port vila to present on progress with employment reforms. As the VCCI are employer representatives, the employer position on reforms as of September 2015, which is also captured in written form in other documents, was presented.
